Securing Your Send Account: PC Backup Guide

Creating a backup of your passkey enables you to access your account and complete transactions on multiple devices or PCs. It's essential to create a backup to prevent loss of access due to device loss, theft, or damage.

This guide will walk you through the process of backing up your Send Account Passkey on PC

FOR PC(WINDOW, MAC, LINUX)

Step 0: Go to Send app on the new device and Click Sign-in

Step 1: Select the 'iPhone, iPad or Android device' option to pop out the QR code

Step 2: Use your main device(signer) to scan the QR code

Step 3: Open the Send app and go to ‘Account’.

Step 4: Select ‘Passkey’ and click “Add A Passkey”

Step 5: Input your desired Passkey name and Select 'Add A Passkey'

Step 6: Confirm your PC PIN, Password, Face ID, or Fingerprint

Step 7: Choose where you want your passkey to save to, then click ‘Continue’

Step 8: Select "iPhone, iPad or Android Device"

Step 9: Scan the QR CODE with your main device (Signer Device).

NOTE: However, if encounters error scanning QR CODE, do these:

> Go to Passkey Page on your Main device(signer)

> Locate the New Passkey

> Click "Confirm" then Click "Add Passkey as Signer

> Confirm your Biometrics ID
