We can't reverse the transfer or freeze the other person's balance, because we hold nobody's funds. What we can do is trace the transaction and tell you exactly where the money went, and investigate properly if the cause turns out to be a problem on our side. Report it either way - patterns across reports are how we spot a scheme and warn everyone else.
