Send Card Supported Countries

Which countries the Send Card is available in, why to check before applying, and what to do if yours isn't listed.

The Send Card is issued through our card partner, and availability depends on where you live. Here's where it's currently available.

Check your country before you start

This matters more than it might look. The country you register with is permanent; it can't be changed later. If you register with a country that isn't on this list, you'll complete identity verification and hand over your documents, but no card will ever be issued and there's no way to undo it.

Find your country below before you begin.

If your country isn't listed

Don't start the card application, you'd be submitting your identity documents for a card that can't be issued, and the country on your profile can't be changed afterwards.

The rest of Send works normally. You can hold and send funds, use Sendtags, earn in Savings, and withdraw to an external wallet. The card is the only part that depends on where you live, and our card partner keeps expanding, so it's worth checking back.

Why availability varies

Card issuing is regulated separately in every country, and our card partner has to be licensed to issue in each one. That's a slower process than launching an app, which is why the card reaches fewer countries than Send does.

Where your card won't work, even in a supported country

A few restrictions apply everywhere, set by the card issuer rather than by Send:

  • Sanctioned countries. Payments to merchants based in a small number of countries are blocked outright, including Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, Afghanistan, Myanmar and Venezuela.

  • A handful of currencies. Transactions in Russian ruble, Belarusian ruble, Saudi riyal, Bahraini dinar, Pakistani rupee and Bangladeshi taka are not supported.

  • Certain merchant categories. Some business types are blocked by the issuer regardless of where you are, including gambling, dating services, and pharmaceutical and chemical wholesalers.

Using your card abroad

Your card is tied to the country you registered in, not the country you're standing in. If you have a card, you can use it while travelling, subject to the restrictions above.

My country is listed but my card isn't working

Report it in the app with your country, the merchant name, the date and the exact error. We're actively tracking regional card issues and these reports are what we use to find them.
