Send Card availability update: 6 November 2026

Card-program changes for residents of the United States, Indonesia, Turkey, and Vietnam. Your account, wallet, and funds are unaffected.

Last updated: 5 November 2026.

What is changing?

Due to changes in the card program's availability, current Send Cards for residents of the United States, Indonesia, Turkey, and Vietnam stop working at 00:00 UTC on 6 November 2026. New card applications and replacement cards are paused in these four countries.

This is based on the residence country linked to your card, not where you are travelling. This change has nothing to do with you, your account, or how you have used your card. We work with our issuing partner to limit disruption, but this change could not be avoided. We are sorry for the disruption.

Your account, wallet, and funds

Your account, wallet, and funds are unaffected. This update relates only to the availability of your card.

Before 00:00 UTC on 6 November 2026

You can continue using your current card as usual until the cutoff. Before then, complete any necessary card transactions and update recurring payments linked to this card to use another payment method.

From 00:00 UTC on 6 November 2026

Your current card can no longer be used for payments. Adding money to the card will not restore its availability. Please update any recurring payments still linked to it.

Open the Card tab in Send for the latest information. If you need help with a remaining card balance or a declined payment, contact Send support in the app.

If you are unsure whether this update applies to your card, contact support to confirm the residence country linked to it. Travelling in one of these countries alone does not mean your card is affected.

Future card availability

The Send Card feature will return. We're working to bring it back, and while we don't have a confirmed timeline yet, we'll update this page and let you know as soon as it's available again.
