Move money from your Send cash balance to your own bank account. This guide covers the full withdrawal process, from setup to tracking your transfer.
Before You Start
Bank withdrawals are available to US residents with a US bank account only.
If you don't have a US bank account, you can still move your funds out by withdrawing to an external crypto wallet on the Base network and cashing out from there. See Withdrawing Funds to an External Wallet.
What You Need
Before starting a withdrawal:
A US bank account in your own name
Funds available in your Send cash balance
Your Send account logged in
How to Withdraw
Step 1: Start Your Withdrawal
Go to your dashboard (Home)
Find the Cash Balance section
Click Withdraw
Step 2: Choose Send to Bank Account
You'll see four ways to move money out:
Send via Link – "Like a cheque, cancel if unclaimed"
Send to Bank Account – "Requires a US bank account"
Send to Savings – "Move funds to savings and keep earning"
Send to External Wallet – "Send to any wallet address"
Click Send to Bank Account.
Step 3: Set Up Bank Transfer (First Time Only)

Then click "Continue Verification".
Step 4: Confirm Your Details
Fill out your information on the Verify your identity screen:
First and last name
Date of birth
Phone number
Country, street address, city, state and ZIP code
Click "Save and Continue".
Step 5: Complete Verification
You'll be handed off to an external service provider to finish confirming your identity. Follow the prompts on screen.
Important: Complete every step in a single session. Progress is not saved if you exit before finishing, you'll need to start over.
When you see the confirmation that your submission is complete, click "Done".
Step 6: Link Your Bank Account
On the Link Your Bank Account screen, click "Continue with Plaid" and follow the prompts from the external service provider.
You'll be asked how you want to link:
Instant (recommended) – Log into your bank to link instantly
Manual – Enter your account and routing numbers
Once linked, your account appears as a saved card showing the account type and last digits, with a green Withdraw button. You can add more accounts later using "+ Link another account".
Step 7: Enter Your Amount
Click Withdraw on your linked bank account
Enter the amount you want to withdraw in USD
Your available balance is shown below the amount — click MAX to withdraw everything
Click Review
Step 8: Review and Confirm
The Send to Bank review screen shows:
You send — the amount leaving your balance (e.g., 10 USDC)
Network fee — the on-chain fee (e.g., 0.02987 USDC)
You receive — what lands in your bank (e.g., $10.00)
To — your destination bank account
Arrives — 1–3 business days
"By confirming, your USDC is sent on-chain to complete this bank withdrawal. This cannot be undone once submitted."
Click "Confirm and Send" only once you've checked the amount and destination.
Step 9: Done
You'll see "Transfer on the Way" confirming the amount, the destination account, and that ACH transfers usually arrive in 1–3 business days.
Click "Done" to return.
Tracking Your Withdrawal
Your transfer appears under Withdrawal History immediately, showing the amount, a status label such as Processing, the destination account, and the date.
The status updates as the transfer moves through the ACH network. You don't need to do anything while it's processing.
What Happens to Your Money
Your USDC is sent on-chain → converted to USD → deposited into your linked bank account.
USDC is a stablecoin that holds the same value as USD, so 10 USDC out of your Send balance arrives as $10.00 in your bank.
Troubleshooting
Verification didn't go through? Complete every step in one session without closing the window, progress isn't saved. If you exited partway, start the flow again from the beginning.
Bank won't link? Try the Manual option and enter your account and routing numbers directly instead of logging in.
Transfer taking too long? ACH takes 1–3 business days, and weekends and public holidays don't count. If it's been longer than that, contact support.
Can I cancel a withdrawal? No. Once you click "Confirm and Send", your USDC is sent on-chain and the transfer cannot be undone.
Don't have a US bank account? Bank withdrawals aren't available to you yet. Use Send to External Wallet to move funds to a wallet on the Base network instead.
Important Notes

Setup is one-time — your linked bank is saved for future withdrawals

Withdrawals cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed
Always check the amount and destination on the review screen before confirming
