Account Deletion

Deleting your Send account is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. This is not a temporary deactivation β€” once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Important: If you delete your account while funds remain in your wallet, you will permanently lose access to those funds. Neither you nor Send Support will be able to recover them. While this policy may change in the future, this is the current state.


Before Deleting Your Account

To avoid losing access to your funds, please ensure you complete the following actions before proceeding with account deletion:

  • Withdraw all funds from your wallet to an external wallet or exchange.

  • Withdraw any funds held in Savings.

  • Claim any pending rewards.

  • Cancel any active Send Links (Checks).

  • If you have purchased Sendpot tickets, wait until the next Sendpot draw is completed.

Please verify that no funds remain in your account before initiating the deletion process.


How to Delete Your Account

  • Tap the Profile icon located at the top left of the Send app.

  • Scroll down to the Security section.

  • Tap Delete Account.

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.
