What You Need

Before starting a withdrawal:

  • An external wallet address compatible with the Base network

  • The external address must support smart contract transfers

  • Funds available in your Send account

  • Your Send account logged in


Step-by-Step Withdrawal Process

Step 1: Start a Transfer

  1. Open the Send app

  2. Tap the "Send" button on the home screen

  3. Enter the external wallet address in the search bar

  4. Select the address from the pop-up option to confirm your selection

You'll see the "Send to External Wallet" dialog appear, showing "Base Network" and the Wallet Address (Base Network) field with your destination address.

Step 2: Select Asset and Enter Amount

  1. Tap the asset dropdown (e.g., SEND) to choose the currency you wish to transfer

  2. Enter the amount you want to send

  3. Your available balance will be displayed below (e.g., "Balance: 1,006,282.9996")

  4. Tap "Review and Send"

Step 3: Review Transaction Details

You'll see a summary screen showing:

  • Asset and amount (e.g., 100 SEND)

  • USD value (e.g., $3.61)

  • Destination address (e.g., 0x430D...74B1)

  • Fees (e.g., 0.03 USDC)

⚠️ Please confirm before sending:

  1. The external address is on Base Network.

  2. I have double checked the address.

  3. I understand that if I make any mistakes, there is no way to recover the funds.

Tap "I Agree & Continue" to proceed.

Step 4: Authenticate and Complete

  1. Sign the transaction with your passkey

  2. You'll see the "Transaction Sent!" confirmation screen showing the amount and destination address

  3. Tap "Done" to return to the home screen
