Adding Your Card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet

How to add your Send Card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet so you can tap to pay.

Your Send Card can be added to Apple Pay or Google Wallet for contactless payments in stores.

Right now, this is a manual add: you enter your card details in the wallet app rather than adding it with one tap from Send. We're working on one-tap provisioning.

Adding to Apple Pay

  1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone

  2. Tap + to add a card

  3. Choose Debit or Credit Card

  4. Enter your Send Card details manually: number, expiry and CVV from the Card tab in Send

  5. Accept the terms

  6. Enter the verification code sent to you by SMS

Adding to Google Wallet

  1. Open Google Wallet

  2. Tap Add to Wallet and choose Payment card

  3. Enter your Send Card details manually

  4. Accept the terms

  5. Enter the verification code sent to you by SMS

If it doesn't work

  • No SMS code arriving? Wait a minute and request it again. If nothing comes through, contact support. This can be a phone number issue on the account.

  • Card rejected by the wallet app? Double-check every digit, the expiry and the CVV.

  • Card won't add to Apple Pay or Google Wallet? Try re-entering the details carefully first. If it still fails, report it in the app, tell us your country, device and the exact error. We're actively investigating wallet add failures in some regions and these reports are what we're using to track it down.

If you're stuck, message us in the app with your device type, OS version and a screenshot of the error.
