What You Need
Before depositing with your debit card:
A valid debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or other major networks)
Card must support online transactions
Sufficient funds in your bank account
Your Send account logged in
Card CVV (security code) on hand
Note: Some prepaid and virtual debit cards may work, but standard bank debit cards have the highest success rate.
Step-by-Step Deposit Process
Step 1: Access the Deposit Page
Sign in to your Send account
Navigate to your dashboard (Home)
Locate the Cash Balance section at the top
Click the green "+ Add Money" button
The Deposit options page will open
Step 2: Select Debit Card
You'll see three deposit methods:
Crypto Wallet - "Deposit from an external wallet"
Apple Pay - "Debit card only"
Debit Card - "Quick deposits up to $500/week"
Click on "Debit Card" to proceed with a direct card deposit.

Click in the amount field
Type your desired deposit amount
Must be at least $10
Cannot exceed $500 per week
Whole numbers or decimals accepted (e.g., $25.50)
The amount updates as you type, and the interface validates against limits.
Step 4: Review Deposit Details
Before proceeding, verify:
Amount is correct - Double-check what you typed
Within limits - Between $10 and $500
